Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post 

U.S. orders ship from Bellingham through USPS 

We do not offer guaranteed shipping time but based on current orders below is the average times. 
❤ Free shipping on Par-T-Packs or order above $75 Ship time: 7-12 days in Canada and US
❤ Express shipping: 4-5 days or less in Canada and US. Additional fee $25-$35 at checkout. calculated based on your locations. Express shipping: 4-5 days or less in Canada and US

Return Policy for purchases made through on line store only:

Its simple just send the product back in the same packaging and condition. You must pay the shipping charge. Once we will receive the product back in its original condition we will refund you. Refund will not include original shipping costs.

All refunds must be made within 30 days of the initial order.
